My favorite on the go Chinese cuisine. Service was fast and efficient. I love the new furniture and layout of the place. The only thing I miss having is the spinach noodles. Since they stopped making it a year ago

Decided to try this location since it's a lot closer to my house. The restaurant design is really close to the original. I was greeted by a friendly hostess who asked me if I wanted to sit at the bar or a table. I've always sat at the bar and didn't want to change my normal routine. I ordered the dandan with knife shaved noodles. I love the texture of knife shaved . This is what I have ordered every time and I love it. It's nice and spicy but not overpowering. I also tried the spicy beef dumplings. Very delicious and just as spicy as the dandan. Honestly though it was a bit much for me but I ate it anyway because it was so good. I will definitely be back. Maybe I'll try something different next time. (Probably not)

First time trying this amazing noodle shop and boy was it sooouuuuperrr delicious! I've always had ramen so this is my first time trying authenitic hand pulled noodles made right in front of your eyes! Thr service was fast and the staff were quick and friendly. They restaurant was clean and casual and you'll feel right at home as you chill and dine with your friends/family! We ordered: Beef noodle (thin): 5/5 excellent broth paired well with tender juicy beef and bokchoy! The right amount of spices too! It was not spicy at all but you could taste a hint! Pork belly noodle (thin noodle): 5/5 broth was slightly sweeter than the beef broth and it paired really well with the pork belly! The pork was super tended as well! Also came with bokchoy! Peking wonton soup: 5/5 this was the lightest broth from what we ordered. It was creamy and had just the right amount of spices! Not spicy! Tip: try adding a dash of soy sauce on your wonton before eating! Soo good! Pork potstickers: 5/5 this was our appetizer and this was super crunchy and yummy! Dip it in soy sauce and it's a game changer! Overall, our exeprience was great and we'll definitely come back again!

The server Edny was cool and sat us quickly. He gave us great suggestions and we bought into most of them. We ordered the Spicy Woton, Shang Fried Rice, their famous Shang Beef Noodle. And if I had to make my choices from best to worst it would be in that same order. I could come in next time and just get the first two. Everything we had was delicious and hit the mark. The place is nice and clean.

Noodles were crazy good! But the meat was a bit fatty and not as tender as I would have liked. The broth was decent, and for the price overall, it was pretty good. The service was also nice as well as the vibe inside.

I was craving soup, and this spot was in the area. Firstly, the service was great. Our server was fast and attentive. Food came out super fast as well. Ambiance is nice, it's fun how you can see into the kitchen and booths are always a plus :-) We ordered the spicy beef noodle soup and cucumber salad. The soup was so flavorful and the noodles were excellent! They were chewy and soaked up all that yummy flavor. The cucumber salad was not spicy, it had a sesame dressing on it that was yummy. We added chili oil and it was just how we like it. Stop by if you're in the area!

I've been eying this place since Christmas... however, because they didn't have Singapore noodles, and I was being a brat - I never went. Then, when my Grammie died, and I wanted to celebrate her life - they didn't have bbq spareribs or lobster... and, I once again was being obstinate. That being written - I knew I was leaving again and I knew that I certainly couldn't leave Las Vegas, without having their food. OMGosh - what a surprise... beyond. In my life - I have never had shrimp chow mein taste so delicious - I never had wonton soup broth taste as fantastic as this (it was the Peking Wonton Soup)... not to mention the seafood noodle soup filled with bok choy and noodles and fish cake... AND?! the beef pancake and spicy beef dumplings - bursting in my mouth with flavor. I'm not a fried rice kind of gal, and the Yang Zhou Fried Rice (with no ham) was light and airy.. and?! just wow. Last, to boot - the meal came with a surprise... two delicious donuts.. I wish I had a picture of... and, had to take a bite this morning, before leaving to the shop.. the glaze on this donut that I took at bite out of... and, the custard inside... no words, that incredible. Let's just say - I cannot wait to get back to the apartment and have my little dinner of the remaining soup and rice and these delectable treats! WOW. WOW. WOW. 100%Jordsified. #ThatsMyByte
